Onsite Management
The new management office is now centrally located in the building’s main lobby, and accessible to all tenants, visitors, and vendors of TractorWorks. The management office is available during normal business hours Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm and offers a high level of service to tenants.
Parking Garage
The TractorWorks Building offers secured and covered parking in the 5-story parking garage that is connected to the Building via skyway. Contract parking is available upon request. Visitor parking is available at an hourly rate. EV Charging is also available.
Bike Storage

TractorWorks features an indoor bicycle storage wall conveniently located on the 1st floor with direct access to Washington Avenue. Featuring 44 spots to hang and lock bicycles, a repair station, and 22 free, electronically locking lockers, the new storage area is ideal for active commuters.
Sustainability
Sustainability is a core principal of TractorWorks’ vision. From implementing waste and energy reduction programs and technologies, to serving as a Community-supported Agriculture drop site, green initiatives are at the forefront of TractorWorks’ mission.

Fitness Center
TractorWorks is proud to partner with NorthLoop Fitness to offer gym membership to all tenants. The state of the art fitness facility, relocated and renovated in 2018, is conveniently located in the lower level of the building. Meeting Rooms
TractorWorks features five conference rooms and breakout areas which are available to tenants of the Building at no charge. The conference rooms are open for use on a first come, first serve basis as well as by reservation. TractorWorks has a space for every meeting – from a gallery which seats over 35, to more intimate conference spaces.
Wellness Rooms
TractorWorks features two Wellness/Mothers’ Rooms located in the 1st floor common area of the building. The rooms feature chairs, ample counter space, dimmable lights, sinks, paper towels, full length mirrors, recycling and waste bins, cabinet space, and volume-adjustable speakers. Tenants are encouraged to use the spaces as Mothers’ Rooms as well as designated locations for wellness activities such as meditation.
Common Area
TractorWorks features soft seating areas on the 1st and 2nd floors. Tenants can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and free morning coffee service from the comfort of booths, high-top tables, nest chairs, and couches throughout the recently renovated common areas.
Rooftop Deck
TractorWorks offers a stunning view of downtown Minneapolis from the 9th floor Rooftop Deck. This space is available during business hours to all tenants and can also be reserved for private events and parties. The Rooftop Deck has complimentary Wifi and a speaker system.
Micro Market
TractorWorks offers a Micro Market conveniently located on the 1st floor of the building. The Micro Market offers items like breakfast bars, chips, trail mix, fruit, and various beverages.
Vehicle Concierge
TractorWorks partners with Bobby and Steve’s Auto World to provide a variety of vehicle services, from tire and oil changes, to interior and exterior detail, to repair and windshield replacement. Free pick-up and delivery is offered to tenants of the building!
Shred-it Services
Secure shred bins are located on each floor. Tenants can deposit papers, confident that their documents will be shredded and the paper recycled. For information about additional shredding bins for individual suites, contact the management office.
Dry Cleaning Services
TractorWorks features Martinizing Delivers lockers. Tenants can simply drop off dry cleaning at the lockers, utilize the app to request particular services, and will receive a notification once their items have been cleaned and returned.
Dog Friendly
We love our furry office friends. Inquire with the Management Office to register your dog and bring them to work!
